Q: What does an order include?
All breaching door orders include: one new door, free delivery within a 50 mile radius (unless otherwise agreed upon arrangement), setup of free-standing door, small demo if requested, dowels , & wooden inserts (drilled for door knobs or solid. If door is for a building installation, a time will have to be scheduled and additional costs may be required.
Q: Do you offer Demonstrations?
Yes, we do offer demonstrations for interested parties within the state of North Carolina. You may have the demonstration scheduled for a team training day or a department meeting. Demonstrations are usually limited to no more than 20 breaches and 2 hours. Demonstrations include door delivery, setup, demo by one of our team members, product testing by some of your department members, and demo clean up.
Door Rentals are also available for full Training days. Please contact us if you would like further information on rentals.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
6 Second Tactical builds all of our products in North Carolina. Your order will be placed into production queue upon order placement and payment. Standard production may take up to 6 weeks. If you need a rush order, please contact us to see if a faster shipment is available. Please feel free to call us to inquire about your orders status at anytime.
Q: Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. Depending on the quantity, we offer very competitive volume pricing. Please contact us with the quantities you are interested in, and we will be happy to give you a quote.
Q: Can you ship my order?
Currently, 6 Second Tactical hand delivers each product ordered within North Carolina. A representative from our company will do their best to ensure that your order is completely satisfactory. Drop shipments are available for out of state orders. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
Yes, you may mail in your payment at anytime. We accept credit cards, company checks, PO invoices, money orders and cashier checks. We do not accept Personal checks. Your order will be placed in our production line as soon as a agency purchase order is received.
6 Second Tactical offers a one year structural warranty.
Supplies that need to be replaced (such as door knobs, locks, wooden inserts, and dowels) can be ordered through our company by calling or making a request through our website. All re-orders will be shipped directly to your department.
